Shrewsbury Town fans are being urged to help pack out the Greenhous Meadow for the club’s crucial last two home games of the season by bringing a friend for £5.
The offer was in place for Saturday’s home clash with Stevenage, which saw Town claim a vital 1-0 win.
Town players and manager Mike Jackson were delighted with the partisan atmosphere inside the ground that day.
And with that in mind the offer has been rolled out to include the visit of fellow strugglers Crewe Alexandra on April 18 and play-off contenders Peterborough United on April 26.
Anybody who is a Town season ticket holder or who buys a full price ticket for the games against Crewe or Peterborough can bring an additional adult with them for just £5 or a child under-12 for only £1.
Meanwhile, the deadline for early bird season ticket sales has been put back until 6pm on April 11.
The club announced last week that the deadline, which has initially been set for last Friday, had been pushed back until yesterday.
But bosses have now nudged it back further to this Friday afternoon.
A club statement said: “We are immensely grateful for all the loyal support we have and we feel it is vitally important we reward fans with one of the best value season tickets there is.”
Prices start at £285 for adults, £195 for over-65s, £160 for 12 to 16 year-olds and £45 for under-11s.
