Man of the moment Tom Bradshaw believes the goal which fired Shrewsbury Town back into the automatic promotion spots can prove the catalyst for his season.

The ommission of Terry Gornell – because of injury – and James Collins, who is understood to have missed out on a place in the 16 due to disciplinary reasons after weekend events off the field, opened the door for Bradshaw for last night’s home clash with Accrington.

And the 19-year-old took full advantage of his first League Two start of the season as he struck the only goal of the game to help Shrewsbury climb from sixth to third.

And now Bradshaw is hoping to use that as a launchpad for the remainder of the campaign.
