Fifteen coachloads of supporters will follow Bridgnorth to Twickenham this weekend.

Club chairman Peter Parkes reckons the team's exciting style of play has helped attract a 'fantastic' travelling army for Sunday's RFU Intermediate Cup final.

Hundreds more will journey by car and train for the All Blacks' clash with Maidstone.

Parkes is delighted by the backing, but says the team must take credit for that following because of their displays on the pitch. They have won all 32 competitive matches so far this season.

Parkes said: "It is absolutely fantastic how much support we have had from the town.

"It shows just what a following we have which is a credit to the way that these players are playing such an exciting brand of rugby.

"We will have 15 coaches going down to Twickenham, 12 of which are ours and three that have been put on separately.

"That means 750 people will be going by coach and we expect at least 1,500 there overall.

The media exposure and the advertising that has been done round the town by us and our sponsors has also helped."
