AFC Telford United boss Andy Sinton has been working hard to bolster his threadbare squad for tomorrow’s trip to Gateshead.
But the Bucks chief has so far been denied in his efforts to strengthen and may well have to re-assess the situation after the weekend.
He said: “I have made four or five inquiries and been told ‘no’ by their respective clubs.
“It’s not as easy as just getting recruits. It’s about getting the right players in.
“But we have got 15 or 16 bodies to get us through. It might just be a case of getting through, as we have a blank week next week.”
