Carter calls on AFC Telford fans’ support

Supremo Lee Carter today called for a “vociferous and positive” atmosphere to engulf the New Bucks Head tomorrow as AFC Telford United chase the double carrot of an FA Cup first round spot and major financial boost.
The Bucks entertain in-form Blue Square North side Gainsborough Trinity in a fourth qualifying round tie.
The incentives for victory are huge, not least because of the prospect of a first round meeting with former Premier League clubs Charlton or either of the two Sheffield sides – Wednesday or United.
And chairman Carter has called for a massive effort from the entire Bucks community.
