AFC Telford 0 Ebbsfleet 2

Saturday 15th October 2011, 4:54PM BST.

Telford's Daniel Preston goes for a header in the Ebbsfleet penalty area.

AFC Telford United turned in a disappointing performance as they slipped to a third home defeat of the season at home to Ebbsfleet United.

Ebbsfleet took a deserved lead on 24 minutes, James Darvill drilling in from close range off a Calum Willock header.

Telford struggled to create chances in the opening period, Greg Mills seeing their best effort blocked by defender Yado Mambo just before the break.

Boss Andy Sinton made a double change at the break but his side rarely threatened to get back into it.

And The Fleet made sure of the points when Willock found space in the box on 56 minutes to lash a shot across Young into the far corner.
