‘Mugged’ Andy Sinton considers new players

Boss Andy Sinton is looking at fresh attacking options after seeing AFC Telford United “mugged” on their Blue Square Bet Premier debut at Cambridge.
The Bucks went down 1-0 at the Abbey Stadium last night after missing a host of chances that could have seen them celebrating their arrival in the top tier of non-League football with a win.
And, with star striker Adam Proudlock still injured and defender Stuart Whitehead joining him on the sidelines after being taken ill before kick-off, Sinton is now assessing potential additions at both ends of the field.
“I’m looking at one or two players and I’ve got one striker on trial who played Conference North football last season and scored a lot of goals,” he revealed.
