AFC Telford 3 Guiseley 2
A dramatic injury-time winner sealed a stirring comeback from AFC Telford United and sealed promotion to the Conference Premier.
Telford looked on their way to victory when Sean Newton fired in a 10th minute penalty.
But visitors Guiseley drew level with a penalty of their own from James Walshaw on the stroke of half-time.
The West Yorkshire side then turned the tie on its head with a goal from Darryn Stamp inside two minutes of the second half starting.
Telford were rocking but drew level with a stunning Liam Murray header 11 minutes from time and won it as Trainer popped up to get on the end of a brilliant Andy Brown cross deep into stoppage time.
The Bucks will now play in the Blue Square Bet Premier next season, mixing with the likes of Lincoln City, Stockport County, Wrexham and Darlington.

Well done telford, an amazing atmosphere once again at the Bucks. We are going up, we are going up.

Amazing day. Being a massive Wolves fan, Telford have been my second club since 2006 and I treat them as much as my own club as I do Wolves. We love doing things the hard way and today was no different! What a way to get promoted with virtually the last meaningful kick of the game. The Bucks are going up!

Telford AFC PROMOTED!!! Cant believe that Mack, Tia, mark and I were lucky enough to watch it live!!! When Trainer scored the winning goal in injury time after a 2-2 stand off at 90 mins!l – I thought the stand was go in flames!! The stamping and cheering of hands and feet were enough to make fire!! People that had never met before were jumping and celebrating and beyond the smiles that they have made before – celebrated to beyond their first steps in their lives!! Trainers goal was recognised by not only all the players on the pitch, but also the trainers and manager and everyone who had been involved in every single second of every single game Telford have played.. – The final whistle was blown after Trainer’s suberb goal and the crowd flew onto the pitch like an invasion of beautiful white butterfly’s….. no trouble, just glorious excitement and tremendous pride! A SUPERB game from both teams who haunted each other throughout! – I AM PROUD TO BE A TELFORD AFC SUPPORTER

I was a Coventry season ticket holder for over 20 years, but grew tired of football and stopped going 4-5 years ago. I fell in love and married a Telford girl a few years ago, and yesterday I fell in love with AFC Telford United. I literally had tears rolling down my cheeks at the final whistle yestreday. I finally discovered REAL football played by gutsy, committed players at a REAL football club run by people who also love the game and aren’t in it to line their pockets.
May our new found relationship be a long a fruitful one…

A huge well done to everyone that was there yesterday, including those in the background, ie the staff on the day stewards etc!
but most of all, the roar of the NBH! Even put the Famous Kop roar to shame yesterday, epic!!!

I attended my first ever football match last sunday to watch Afc Telford play in the semi-final play off. I live in Llandovery, Wales but had recently been visiting friends in Telford. Unfortunately I could not be there for yesterdays final due to commitments back in Llandovery. My friends were there and told me the atmosphere was electric and they were keeping me up to date with the score. I was wearing my Afc Telford jumper which I had purchased on the day of the semi-final play off. Very proud of you all. I intend to purchase a season ticket and commute by train next season for as many home games as i can. See you next season Bucks !!!!
