AFC Telford 2 Nuneaton 1 (Telford win 3-2 on aggregate)
AFC Telford United are within one win of promotion after edging out Nuneaton Town in the Blue Square Bet North play-offs.
The Bucks took the lead against the run of play with a header from Jon Adams and doubled their advantage on the stroke of half-time with a controversial penalty by Sean Newton.
But Nuneaton, who had conceded in the dying seconds of the first leg to arrive in Shropshire level at 1-1, were not about to give up.
They got back into it with a Danny Spencer header but, despite piling on pressure, could not find another goal to take the tie to extra-time.
