Rob Hughes: A valuable three points banked on Saturday afternoon, with a superb team performance from front to back, moving us to within four points of Nuneaton with four games in hand.

A game at one of the play off chasers Guiseley ebbed and flowed throughout, with both sides guilty of spurning opportunities — however we managed to convert several chances into goals today, with crucial goals registering at the end of both halves to secure the victory.

Pleasingly in some respects, goals are continuing to come from all members of the team, but Andy Brown also getting on the mark and putting the disappointment of Tuesday behind him.

Praise was in abundance from the opposition fans, who felt over the two games, we have shown our quality.

Now, the players just need to ensure they have the consistency to their game, to ensure we pick up three points against Gainsborough tomorrow night, and show our true credentials.

We need to excel in and demonstrate that we can put the so called ‘lesser sides’ to the sword.
