After going nine games without a win, Dorian Garner's side have gone four games unbeaten, with Tuesday night's tremendous 3-0 FA Trophy replay result at Rainworth putting a near £2,500 in their pockets.

Carlton sit three points above Drayton in 16th spot with 14 points and Garner is making the trip in optimistic mood.

"We played so well on Tuesday I hope to have the same side at Carlton Town," he said.

"Jack Watson and Louis Irvine, who had work commitments, come back into the squad and the way we're playing I'll be disappointed if we don't get three points."

Tuesday's victory, which brings a home tie with premier league team Kings Lynn on November 1, extended Drayton's remarkable record of scoring three in a game away from home to four successive trips.

It could be a goal spree for Carlton, like Town, have scored 24 in the Evo-Stik League South this season but have an unimpressive home record, winning only three in seven.
