London Olympic hopeful Beth Tweddle found a novel way to limber up, left, during training with the Great Britain Gymnastics team at the National Sports Centre at Lilleshall.
Her next challenge is the World Championships in Tokyo next month where she will be hoping to retain the bars title she won last year.
Tweddle has three world championship wins under her belt, but has yet to win a medal at the Olympics.
She was posing for the cameras as part of a media day at the sports centre which also featured fellow gymnast Daniel Keatings.
