Market Drayton Town’s 4 -1 victory over Whitchurch Alport means they will now meet Hanwood – victors over St Martins – in the semi-finals of the Shropshire Challenge Cup.

The other last four tie will be between Wem Town, who ousted Shawbury from the competition, and Wellington Amateurs, surprisingly clear 3-0 victors against cup holders Ellesmere Rangers on Saturday,

Both semi-final ties are likely to be played in the second week in March.
