Shrewsbury Town sign Andrew Tutte on loan

Shrewsbury Town have swooped to sign Manchester City youngster Andrew Tutte on loan until the start of January.
The 20-year-old midfielder spent time on loan at Rochdale earlier in the season and has also been capped by England at under-19 and under- 20 level.
Town manager Graham Turner said he was pleased with the deal, completed hours before the loan window closed.
“It’s good that we have spoken to Andrew and that he wants to come and join us,” he said.
“He had a successful loan with Rochdale so will know a little of what to expect and he wants to get more football under his belt.
“He is a player that we know about and have kept an eye on, he’s been watched a few times and recommended as a player who could do well.”
And Turner added that Tutte will provide extra cover ahead of a busy winter period with Town facing seven games in just over a month, starting with next weekend’s trip to Accrington Stanley.
The Town manager confirmed: “It’s coming to a busy part of the season where injuries and form will play a part so to have some as exciting as Andrew in the squad will give us all a boost.”
Tutte has yet to make his senior bow for City, but has made the bench and was also part of the FA Youth Cup winning squad in 2008.
