AFC Telford United started the Blue Square Bet North season with a bang – thrashing Hyde FC by five goals to nil.
The Bucks took the lead when Hyde skipper Michael Taylor headed past his own keeper off a Gary Mills corner, just reward for their domination.
Andy Brown then headed in off a Jon Adams cross for the second before half-time.
And they pressed on in the second half, Mills getting the third before substitutes James Lawrie and Steve Abbott scored two more late on.
