Shrewsbury Town 4 Charlton Athletic 3
Tuesday 10th August 2010, 11:48PM BST.
Shrewsbury Town came from three goals down to pull off a sensational Carling Cup upset against League One big-hitters Charlton Athletic.
Pawel Abbott (2) and Lee Martin put the visitors three up after just 32 minutes before Jake Robinson reduced the arrears and a Yado Mambo own goal gave Shrewsbury renewed hope.
Daniel O’Donnell headed in off a corner to level the scores in the second half, and striker Matt Harrold headed what proved to be the winner 15 minutes from time.
