Breaking News – Town swoop for Raven
Friday 9th July 2010, 3:21PM BST.
Shrewsbury Town boss Graham Turner today swooped to strengthen his squad – snapping up Carlisle defender David Raven.
The 25-year-old, who started his career at Liverpool and also had a loan spell at Tranmere, has put pen to paper on a one-year deal.
He becomes Turner’s third new signing, following the arrival of centre-back Ian Sharps from Rotherham and the loan capture of Watford left-back Mat Sadler.
