* How do I download the app?
Simply go to www.shropshirestar.com/downloadapp. You will be automatically directed to the correct page on the App Store, where you can download it to your device.

* How long does my free trial last?
The introductory offer to the app means you can get access to the digital newspapers for one week.

* How much are subscriptions?
A weekly subscription costs £1.49, while a monthly subscription is £3.99.

* Why can’t I see today’s edition?
Editions are normally published late morning so try again after 11.30am. If you continue to have problems let us know by going to Settings then Feedback.

* Can I see all the editions of the newspaper?
At present only the first edition is available for app customers. The MNA is working to deliver all editions via the digital newspaper service over the next few months.

* Can I use one subscription on both my iPad and iPhone?
Yes, if your iTunes account is configured across both devices. You will need to be logged into the App Store via the same log-in and password. Then click Restore Purchases.

* Is the app available for Android devices?
The app is not currently available for Android customers. However, the MNA is looking to introduce an Android app later in 2012.

* Can I start at the back page to read the sports news first?
Yes. Go to Settings, click Publication Viewer, followed by Read from back.

* How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPad or iPhone open the App Store. Select the Apple ID button shown at the base of the screen the follow these steps after entering your Apple ID password. View Apple ID, followed by Subscriptions. Click Shrop News, then turn Auto Renewal to “off”.

* I see a page and/or an edition with an error. Can I resolve it?
Try refreshing by tapping the Refresh button. You can clear the device cache by going to Settings on the app, followed by Storage, then Delete Cache. You may also like to try resetting the application by going to Settings, then Storage, then Reset Application. If you continue to have problems, let us know by going to Settings then Feedback.

* Can I visit the Shropshire Star archive via the app?
The app holds the most recent 30 editions of the Shropshire Star. It does not allow users to go through the archive of newspapers. To find out more about the newspaper archive, click here.

* Is the app on Newsstand?
The app is not currently available via Newsstand.

* How do I search for a story?
On the iPad app, while viewing an edition click on the magnifying glass symbol in the top right of your screen. You can then enter a search term, such as Telford, then decide whether to look through the edition or the entire 30-day archive. On the iPhone app, click the Menu button when viewing an edition, top right. Choose the search option, then follow the same instructions as above.

* How do I share a story?
On the iPad app, while viewing an edition click the Select An Option button, which has the four lines symbol. Choose the Share This Edition option, then select the sharing destination from email, Twitter or Facebook. On the iPhone app, click the Menu button when viewing an edition, top right. Choose the Share This Edition option, then follow the same instructions as above.

* How do I download an edition?
On the iPad app, while viewing an edition click the Select An Option button, which has the four lines symbol. Choose the Download This Edition option. On the iPhone app, click the Menu button when viewing an edition, top right. Choose the Download This Edition option.

* How do I download a page?
On the iPad app, while viewing an edition click the Select An Option button, which has the four lines symbol. Choose the Download This Page option. On the iPhone app, click the Menu button when viewing an edition, top right. Choose the Download This Page option.

* How do I upgrade my subscription from weekly to monthly?
