Shrewsbury jobs created as car parts firm expands

Up to eight jobs have been created through the opening of a new car parts and accessories store in Shrewsbury.

National firm GSF Car Parts has opened a new branch at Morris Property’s Vanguard Way development on Battlefield Enterprise Park.

The 3,787 sq ft premises include a shop, warehouse and yard.

GSF sales director Lee Forty said: “Opening a branch of GSF in Shrewsbury represents a strategic step forward, allowing expansion into an area currently at the outer reaches of our present trading region.

“The new branch also supports our commitment to provide improved sales facilities for customers, and we look forward to bringing our commercial offer to Shrewsbury.”
