Nostalgia – week ending November 27

Friday 26th November 2010, 8:30AM GMT.

Goodbye forever, Kinnerley School. This picture was taken on January 21, 1986. The caption was: "The former Kinnerley village school, bought by the parish council in 1978, is being demolished as part of a scheme by the council to create a village square. "The council is applying to Oswestry Borough Council for help with the scheme and the request is being considered at next week's meeting of the policy and resources committee. The scheme includes tree planting, a grassed area and a small car park."
