The 15-year-old suffered a back injury when the silver Suzuki she was in left the A5, rolled over and ended up in a field near West Felton at around 3.50pm.

Police officers are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

The girl, who was sat in the rear of the car, the driver and a second passenger were all hurt in the collision that happened near Oswestry Golf Club.

Now West Mercia Police want to speak to the driver of a lorry carrying logs and the driver of a green vehicle with two white bonnet stripes.

Motorists were delayed after the road was partially blocked between the B5009 junction and Shrewsbury Road.

Four fire crews were sent from Baschurch, Oswestry and Wellington along with West Midlands Ambulance crews.

The unnamed teen is being treated at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital while the other casualties were sent home.

Witnesses should contact West Mercia Police on 101 quoting incident number 458s of 13 October
