Land Rover destroyed in Ludlow A49 blaze

A Land Rover was left completely wrecked after a blaze near the Ludlow Food Centre off the A49.

The fire happened shortly before 8.30pm on Wednesday night.

Elsewhere a fire crew tackled a car fire at Pulverbatch involving the engine and bonnet at the White Horse Inn.

A fire crew from Minsterley was sent at 8.48pm and used small gear, one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to tackle the fire which was under control at 9.38pm.

A rubbish fire on Henley Road in Ludlow was also set deliberately.
