A black bin bag of waste was also dumped in the latest fly tip, this time in Lillyhurst Road, Lilleshall.

The rubbish was found this morning, and neighbours said it was not there the evening before.

The news comes after a farmer in Claverley was faced with an £18,000 bill to clear up 100 tonnes of waste which was fly tipped on his land.

Andrew Nicholls discovered the semi-processed rubbish on Hill End Farm which had blocked access to his sheep and some of his tools.
