CCTV: Police seek men after handbag stolen from woman, 90, in Bridgnorth

These are the two men police would like speak to after a 90-year-old woman had her handbag stolen.

Police say two men stole the woman's brown, leather shoulder bag, which contained a purse with cash and cards, from her trolley and ran off.

The woman was not injured, but was left shaken.

The theft took place on Bridge Street in Bridgnorth on Thursday at about 10.15am.

One of the thieves is described as being 5ft 10ins with short hair, a beard and a moustache.

He was wearing a black top, blue jeans and blue sandal-type footwear.

The other is described as being 5ft 8ins, of slim build and clean shaven. He was wearing a black jacket, jeans and Nike trainers.

Anne Tugwell, a spokeswoman for West Mercia Police said: "Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or recognises the two men in the image who, they believe, may have information about the incident."
