Crash causes delays on A49 at Shrewsbury
Two vehicles were involved in the accident between Chapel Road, Hadnall and the A5124 Shrewsbury Road.

The A49 was partially blocked and heavy traffic was reported in both directions between the Chapel Road junction and Battlefield Roundabout, because of the accident and recovery work.
An accident was also reported on Sandy Lane to the north of Hadnall. Traffic was queuing through the area and vehicles were taking on average 40 minutes to make their way through the accident sites.
