Pictures: Vulcan flies over RAF Cosford and Midlands for the last time

Visitors to RAF Cosford were able to witness the last ever flight of the iconic Vulcan Bomber today.

The plane flew over the attraction as part of its final farewell tour of the country on the northern leg of its journey.

It flew over RAF Cosford before passing over Cannock and heading to the East Midlands.

It took off off from Doncaster before flying over around 30 locations on its circular route.

Tomorrow it heads south over the likes of Whistable and Farnborough.
