Teenager injured in Oswestry attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was assaulted in Morda, near Oswestry.

The victim, a 16-year-old-boy, was walking down the road when he was approached from behind by a group of males. During the attack the victim sustained significant injuries which required hospital treatment.

Police are keen to speak to a number of passersby in the area, specifically a couple who stopped to help the victim following the incident.
