Cosford Air Show on course for sell-out
All internet and telephone tickets for this summer's RAF Cosford Air Show have sold out, delighted organisers said today.
A number of tickets are still available from the show's retail outlets throughout the region, but they must be bought ahead of the event, which takes place on June 14.
Wing Commander Kevin Rayner, Air Show chairman, said: "We are delighted with the take up this year, particularly as this is the first year we have run an advance ticket only event.
We are on track for a complete sell-out in the next few days. It is important that people understand they must not travel to the show without a ticket. This is the first time there will be no tickets available on the gate."
Organisers hope the decision to make the event ticket only, will improve the amount of time it takes to get in and out of the show.
