Witnesses wanted after attempted rape near Market Drayton

Police are looking for five witnesses they want to speak to over a an attempted rape near Market Drayton.

The incident happened in the Sutton Lane area on the evening of Sunday, April 5 and the attacker is unknown to the victim.

Police are continuing to investigate and are especially interested in speaking to the three men and two women pictured, who are believed to be witnesses.

They were seen exiting the Clive and Coffyne Public House, Market Drayton at about 11.35pm on the evening of the incident. They then followed a short distance behind the victim.
