One driver, who had been disqualified, was stopped by police after it was also discovered he had no license or insurance on the vehicle. The arrest was made after police received an anonymous tip-off about the vehicle.

He was caught on Parkway in Madeley on yesterday at 4.30pm.

The other vehicle was seized on Wednesday by the Brookside Safer Neighbourhood Team outside the Windmill Primary School in Beaconsfield.

The driver had no insurance and was driving on a provisional license.

The vehicle was recovered and the owner now has to pay £150 to get the car back.

But first he must show officers proof of ownership of the vehicle, a valid driving licence and a valid insurance policy.
