She made the eight-minute video, which tells the story of the past three years since the 23-year-old Bridgnorth Aluminium worker was stabbed outside the Uberra nightclub, Wolverhampton, in July 2012.

It has been watched almost 30,000 times on Facebook in just four days.

Despite appeals for information about who killed Mr Kirwan, no-one has ever been charged with his murder. Miss Elwell said it was vital the campaign was kept in the public eye.

The video features family photos of Mr Kirwan and newspaper cuttings telling the story of his murder and the campaign since.

There is also a messages from Miss Elwell, which says: "After three years of campaigning and fighting for justice, the only option we have left now is to put up a reward."

The 24-year-old and Mr Kirwan's mother, Emer, have been the public faces of the family's campaign for justice. Miss Elwell said they would not stop until her fiance's killer was behind bars.

She added: "Since I uploaded the video it's gone crazy, I can't believe the response. It took me 18 hours to make, I'd kept all the cuttings and thought of a storyboard idea to show people what's happened in the past three years. We want to prove to people that we're still fighting and we won't give up."

It is hoped that £5,000 will be raised to put up as reward money for any information which leads to a murder conviction.

More than £500 was donated in the first few hours of the appeal going online and that figure has now reached £1,500. It was launched by Mr Kirwan's aunt Caroline Mills.

Miss Elwell added: "We're so frustrated - we just want justice. It's not asking for a lot.

"Tom needs to be able to rest in peace. I've been through so much and I'm never going to give up."

This Saturday, on what would have been Mr Kirwan's 26th birthday, a charity football match is being held at Wednesfield Football Club from 12pm. A team named TK Wanderers will play at 3pm and there will be fundraising activities throughout the day.

Mr Kirwan's funeral was attended by 250 people including Olympic gymnast Kristian Thomas. Mourners had first gather at Molineux for an impeccably-observed 15 minutes' silence.

Emer and Miss Elwell have since organised several fundraising events in Mr Kirwan's memory, with Wolves legend Jody Craddock planting a tree and appealing for witness to come forward.
