Mr Heyes visited Telford Shopping Centre yesterday to film for Lorraine's High Street Fashion Awards 2015.

The filming was based around the competition's best shoes category. It meant volunteer models got to strut along the catwalk showing off footwear on sale at high street stores such as Office, Kurt Geiger, Schuh, Dune and New Look.

"We have come here to find out which high street brand will take home the award for best high street shoes," Mark said while filming.

The Scottish fashion presenter is best known for his appearances on ITV's Lorraine most mornings.

The film crew attracted a crowd of shoppers.

They enjoyed watching the models strut their stuff on the catwalk, while Mark showed off his impressive shoe knowledge.

The 10 models showed off different shoe styles, including stilettos, ballet pumps and sandals. Each model wore a pair of black jeans, with a plain coloured top and a long black or white waistcoat.

One of the models was Georgie Dixon, who works at the pop up Mini shop in the shopping centre.

She said: "

I was nervous all day though, but it's been great meeting Mark and hearing all his advice on fashion. He has been a lot of fun to work with."

The footage is due to be aired on the ITV show on Tuesday.
