Stephanie Titley, 24, is charged with robbing Mark Ball of a mobile phone on July 4 last year.

At Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday Judge Peter Barrie ordered Titley's arrest after being told the defendant was not present for the plea and case management hearing.

The court heard that lawyers for Titley, now living in Cinderford, Gloucestershire, had been unable to make any contact with their client.
