Cannabis factory found by officers in Welshpool
Cannabis worth £50,000 has been found at a makeshift factory in Welshpool.

Officers from Dyfed-Powys Police said that a "substantial" cannabis factory had been discovered in the town on Monday.
The substance recovered is believed to have been skunk cannabis.
The location of the factory has not been revealed.
No arrests have been made, but a police spokesman said that three people were assisting investigating officers with their inquiries.
He added the drugs haul was estimated to be valued at about £50,000.
