Ludlow man, 27, jailed for burglary, theft and drug offences

A Ludlow man has been jailed for theft, burglary and drug offences.

Daniel Dixon, 27, of Corve Street, was sentenced to 21 months at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Tuesday.

Dixon was sentenced for burglary, theft, fraud and drug offences, including possession and production of cannabis.

At an earlier hearing, Dixon had admitted theft of a handbag containing a phone, iPod and bank cards worth £700 belonging to Sara Paul in September last year.

On the same date he had used a bank card in an attempt to get cash and was found in possession of a quantity of cannabis.
