Poundland founder from Shropshire launches now business venture
The founder of Poundland has launched a new business venture.

Steve Smith, who is from Alveley, near Bridgnorth, has set up Estates Direct which he says is the UK's first "hybrid" model estate agency.
Mr Smith said the business will help homeowners in the region capitalise on the growing trend for selling and renting online.
Neil Cook, Estate Direct property specialist for Bridgnorth, said: "We are the first hybrid estate agent to open in the area and we are proud to be able to help property sellers and landlords to bridge the gap between online and high street estate agents, at a low, fixed fee.
"We are delighted to be able to launch this new concept model and encourage those in the area with a property to sell or rent to get in touch."
