Operating profits at the year end were also in a better position than the year before, the company said in a trading update.
Orders of the core Aga and Rangemaster cooker brands were up by 10 per cent, according to the firm, which employs hundreds of people in Telford.
That figure was boosted by new products such as the Aga City60, which was designed to fit into smaller spaces.
