First look at bid for Newport fields housing
Residents were today getting their first look at controversial housing plans for council-owned green fields in Newport.

An exhibition to show people plans for 120 homes at Station Road was being held.
The event, at Cost Hall, Water Lane, between 4.30pm and 7.30pm, will allow people to find out more information about the bid.
The plans are being pushed by developers St Modwen and landowners Telford & Wrekin Council after proposals for a Sainsbury's at the site failed last month.
