Driver escapes after car skids off road and overturns in Shropshire
A man was lucky to escape with minor injuries today after his car skidded off the road and ended up in a ditch near Newport.

The man, who is in his 20s, was driving along the A519 in Forton at about 9.30am this morning.
Claire Brown, a spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "Two ambulances attended.
"We treated one man with a cut to his knee but he didn't have to go to hospital."
