The partners working together include:

Shropshire Star - Britain's sixth biggest local newspaper, publishing in the county since 1964

HRH The Duke of York - An advocate for apprenticeships, he has lent his support to a number of local initiatives including the Ladder for the Black Country and Ladder for London campaigns

The Marches Skills Provider Group - Supporting the Ladder efforts by co-ordinating the Shropshire training providers' efforts to match young people and employers

The Job Box - Telford & Wrekin Council's one stop shop for information and support on job vacancies, training and employment in the area

Shropshire Council - Providing training and employment for young people in the county

The Marches LEP - the business-led private and public sector partnership tasked with regenerating the economic vitality of the Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin region
