Man dies in collision with car on A442 near Bridgnorth

The crash occurred on the A442 at Quatford, just outside Bridgnorth, at about 5.25am.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find a pedestrian that had been in collision with a car. The man had suffered multiple injuries.“The man received emergency treatment, but unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
