Delays after tractor and car collide in Shawbury
Saturday 21st January 2012, 10:12AM GMT.
A tractor and a car collided on a road near Shrewsbury, leaving motorists caught up in long tailbacks.
The accident happened on the A53 in Shawbury shortly after 5pm yesterday and left the road partially blocked.
Police said no one was seriously injured in the collision which happened between the B5063 Wem Road junction and the B5063 Wytheford Road junction.
Motorists were caught up in long delays as the scene was cleared.
