Rail users hit by delays

Rail users in Shropshire faced rush hour delays today due to a signalling failure on the line near Wolverhampton.
Travellers using services out of Shrewsbury station, as well as Telford Central, Wellington, Oakengates and Shifnal, have been hit by disruption caused by a points failure between Wolverhampton and Stafford.
The problem was reported shortly after 9am.
