Telford Samurai sword accused in court

A 29-year-old man has appeared in court charged with being in possession of a samurai sword and a knuckle duster in Telford.

James Stubbins, of Stone Row in Malinslee, Telford, is accused of having an offensive weapon and a bladed article in Dark Lane Drive, Malinslee, on October 26.

The case was adjourned to Shrewsbury Crown Court on January 9.
