Shrewsbury shows generosity with Christmas donations

Shrewsbury residents have shown themselves to be more generous than ever, despite these troubled economic times.
The Round Table, which organises the annual Santa’s sleigh runs around the town have reported that donations this year have broken several records.
The Severn’s Ruth Griffiths spoke to Shrewsbury Round Table secretary Mark Halsey about this year’s appeal.
