More than 60 sheep stolen in Mid Wales

More than 60 sheep worth thousands of pounds have been stolen from Mid Wales, prompting fears of another spate of sheep rustling.

Police today confirmed that 61 sheep have been stolen from Llwydiarth, near Llanidloes, between October and this month.

They have urged farmers across the region to be vigilant in case the thieves strike again.
