Ironbridge Brewery up for sale at £300k

One of Shropshire’s most successful micro-breweries is up for sale, along with a pub with its own cinema.

A leasehold asking price of £299,995 is being sought for the Ironbridge Brewery and for the Old Fighting Cocks pub in Oakengates.

The brewery, based on the banks of the River Severn in Ironbridge, was launched in 2008 by former IT consultant Dave Goldingay.

The sale includes the brewery and brewery shop in the former Merrythought factory in Ironbridge and the Oakengates town centre pub.
