The company walked away with Restoration of the Year during an international awards ceremony in London.
A team of craftsmen from the business brought the car back to life from a mangled wreck and were able to save 90 per cent of the original car.
“It was a real labour of love,” said Nick Goldthorp, managing director of Classic Motor Cars. “It proves that British craftsmanship and dedication is alive and well.”
The Octane International Historic Motoring awards were held at the newly refurbished St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
