Gas works to affect Shrewsbury traffic

A road in Shrewsbury will be reduced to one-way traffic for the next four weeks as gas mains work takes place.
National Grid was today beginning work to renew the gas pipes in the Lower Claremont Bank area.
Engineers are working in St Austin Street and Lower Claremont Bank, with work expected to be last for about four weeks.
St Austin Street will be open to one-way traffic only, although access to the car park on the road will remain unaffected.
