No penalty notices despite 370 dog fouling complaints

More than 370 complaints about dog fouling were made to Powys County Council in 2010, it was revealed today.
A total of 374 complaints were made to Environmental Health last year, with 180 verbal or written warnings issued.
However, no fixed penalty notices were handed out in the period.
The matter will be discussed by the full council at County Hall tomorrow at 10am.
